HEALTH GUARANTEE
Each kitten from our cattery undergoes regular health check-ups performed by a licensed veterinarian. Before going to their new homes, they receive all necessary vaccinations and deworming treatments to give them the best possible start in life. We provide a health record detailing the treatments and vaccinations your kitten has received, which you can share with your own veterinarian.
Initial Health Assurance:
Upon pickup or delivery, we guarantee that the kitten is free from any contagious diseases and is in overall good health. We encourage you to have your kitten examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them to confirm their health status. If any health concerns are identified during this period, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation.
Genetic Health Assurance:
Our guarantee covers genetic or congenital defects that may arise within one year from the date of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian confirms a genetic health issue that significantly impacts your kitten’s quality of life, we offer the option to replace the kitten or provide a refund. Veterinary documentation will be required for this process.
Exclusions:
Please note that our health guarantee does not cover minor or treatable conditions, injuries sustained after the kitten has left our care, or illnesses caused by improper care, neglect, or environmental factors. Additionally, costs related to routine care, vaccinations, and preventive treatments are the owner’s responsibility.
